If you are ready to pursue an Exciting New Career in Personal Training and want to add a Specialisation in Strength and Conditioning this Diploma in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning is the Course you need.
This includes the Level 3 and 4 Personal Training Diploma as well as a Level 5 Award in Strength and Conditioning.
No previous experience or qualifications are required for entry, just a passion for Health and Fitness and a desire to help others.
We will take you from a Fitness Enthusiast to a Fully Qualified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach capable of starting your own Personal Training Business or Coaching in an existing Gym/Facility.

Dates are available every month for our practical workshops and several days for month for exams and assessment

As you can study around your own schedule, you also dictate the course duration.
You can complete within 3-9 months or take up to one year, whatever suits you and your schedule. An average completion time is around 12 weeks for the Personal training Diploma if studying part time. Average time for the Level 4 strength and conditioning course is also 12 weeks.
We are accredited through VTCT and Focus Awards who are OFQUAL Regulated awarding bodies offering International recognition for your qualification. Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training (Level 4 European qualifications framework) and Level 4 Award in Strength and conditioning (Level 5 European qualifications framework)
